After having registered the folder in File Hider with protection, I opened File Hider by entering my password. However, I found no folder in the window with great shock.(Please see it attachment 1).
I searched the registered folder name and saw it on desktop (see attachment 2), but was unable to see the inside of the folder.
Can you tell me what happened and how to fix it ?

    Hi Mitch,

Can you please take a screenshot of your selected preferences?

Did it prompt you to enter your password when the application opened?

    Let me know,

I use the encryption in the file vault. So i was able to find the files in the vault, but i cant open them since they are encrypted. now i dont know how to decrypt the file
