I was wondering what application you use to get your weather information? It does not seem to be accurate and does not refresh or update throughout the day. I opened my computer at 8am and it was 57 degrees and it never changed from that all day and it got into the 80s! Please help.

    Hi Aunna,

Defiantly one of the problems we are working on.

No current time frame on a fix, however hopefully it will be soon.

    Sorry for the hassle,
    James

I have experienced this problem as well. I am curious why the weather is even included on the desktop if it does not refresh itself. Quite annoying I must say! Is there any way I am able to take the weather portion off my desktop completely?!

    Hi Emma,

Actually the weather should refresh itself every 24 hours. Is that not happening for you?

Which theme would you like to remove the weather information from?

    Let me know,
    James

    Hi,

I am also experiencing an incorrect weather display on the WhiteWidget app. It shows that the weather is 50 degrees cooler than it actually is. Has this been updated at all? How will I know when it is fixed? Let me know please! Thanks.
